Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We keep returns simple and transparent. All RM Outpost products ship from within the United States and are backed by our quality guarantee. Because we offer both stocked items and made-to-order apparel, return options vary slightly by product type. All policies apply to U.S. orders placed through RM Outpost.


Standard Items (Non-Apparel)

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: New, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return Method: By mail only
  • Return Shipping: A prepaid label is provided; $6.99 is deducted from the refund (waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Restocking Fees: None

Made-to-Order (POD) Apparel

  • Produced in the USA: Apparel is custom printed by our U.S. production partners and may ship separately.
  • Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will remake or refund it at no cost.
  • Size Exchange: One-time exchange within 30 days. A $6.99 re-shipping fee applies; a new item is printed and sent to you.
  • Final Sale: POD and customized items are final sale unless defective or approved for a size exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected or after a claim is approved.
  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Customized apparel not covered under our remake policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace, remake, or refund the item. In most cases, a return is not required.
