🛡️ Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption, PCI-compliant systems, and Norton Secure Checkout to protect your data. We never store your credit card info, and all payments are processed securely via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and more.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange—even for buyer’s remorse. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after receiving your return. The return address will be provided via email after your return is approved.

- Clearance or final sale items
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—no return required for defective items.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@rmoutpost.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and the address to ship the item back.
Print-on-demand products?
POD items are made to order and may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original condition. We also provide refunds or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items—no return required in those cases.
🚚 Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping
We keep shipping simple and transparent:
- United States → $5.99 flat rate | Free shipping on orders $50+
- Canada → $9.99 flat rate | Free shipping on orders $75+
If free shipping applies, it will automatically be available at checkout.
Vendor-Specific Shipping Fees
Some items (such as apparel, print-on-demand, or partner-fulfilled products) may ship directly from our vendors. These products can have their own shipping rates, typically ranging $3.99–$9.99 in the U.S. and slightly higher for Canada. Final costs are always shown at checkout.
We note vendor-specific shipping on each applicable product page so you know what to expect before ordering.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from more than one fulfillment partner, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment as soon as it’s on the way.

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada.
International shipping outside of these regions isn’t available yet — but it’s on our roadmap.
When will I receive my order?
- U.S. Orders: 5–14 business days after processing (varies by product and vendor)
- Canada Orders: 7–21 business days after processing (varies by product and vendor)
Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Will items arrive together?
Not always. Orders with items from multiple vendors may ship separately. Each shipment will come with its own tracking number.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes in Canada?
Yes, Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Where are your products made?
We partner with trusted U.S. and international suppliers. Many products ship from our U.S. warehouse, while others ship directly from our vendor partners.
Do you offer custom items?
Yes! Custom items are made to order and are non-returnable unless damaged or misprinted. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
How do I find the right size?
Size charts and measurements are available on applicable product pages. Not sure? Just reach out—we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.
Are your products high quality?
Yes. We carefully vet all of our suppliers and test many items in-house before offering them to our customers.
Can I use multiple discounts?
Only one discount can apply per order. If you use a promo code (like KITCHEN10
), it will override automatic discounts like the Fishing Bundle. Our system will always apply the best eligible offer at checkout.
