Is my payment information safe?

Yes. RM Outpost uses Shopify’s secure checkout with SSL encryption and PCI-compliant processing. We never store or see your full payment details. We accept all major credit cards along with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility — Standard Items

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: New, unused, and in original packaging
  • Method: By mail only
  • Return Label: We provide a prepaid label and deduct $6.99 from the refund (waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Email support@rmoutpost.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item after verifying the issue.

Made-to-Order (POD) Apparel

  • Made-to-order: Apparel is produced specifically for your order by our U.S. printing facilities.
  • Defects / Misprints: Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will remake or refund the item once verified.
  • Size Exchange: One-time exchange within 30 days. A $6.99 re-shipping fee applies.
  • Change of mind: Made-to-order items are final sale unless defective or eligible for a size exchange.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days (processing + transit). Delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.


Product Information

Where are your products made or shipped from?
All RM Outpost products ship from trusted U.S. facilities. Some items are stocked and ship immediately, while our made-to-order apparel is produced in the U.S. and shipped once completed. Regardless of item type, delivery expectations remain the same.

Who makes your products?
We work with reliable U.S. manufacturing and production partners to ensure high quality and consistent delivery. Every product — stocked or made-to-order — is handled through our U.S. fulfillment network.

Do you offer custom items?
Yes. Select apparel and accessories can be customized and are produced on demand. Custom items are final sale unless defective or misprinted.

How do I find my size?
Each apparel product page includes a detailed size chart. Need help choosing? Email us anytime for a personalized recommendation.


Discounts & Bundles

One discount can be applied per order. If you enter a promo code, it replaces any automatic discount. Our system always applies the best available offer.


Tracking & Order Updates

Tracking information is emailed for each shipment as soon as it leaves our fulfillment facilities. Need to update an address or cancel an order? Contact us as quickly as possible — we can assist if the order has not entered production or shipment.
